Job Opening: Full-Time Sales Coordinator (M/F) in the East and West Flanders Region

Euroquip specializes in lubrication systems, weighing systems, pump systems, filter systems,
, and hand tools. Euroquip supplies, installs, repairs, and maintains. We offer our customers a comprehensive solution for technical services in the Benelux region. We are looking for an independent, proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented colleague to join our sales team. Region: East and West Flanders.

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to combine your passion for sales and technology in dynamic industrial markets. You’ll serve as the link between our company and our customers, ensuring that our products and solutions reach the right people. Not only will you build lasting customer relationships, but you’ll also actively seek out new opportunities and turn them into results. You’ll lead the entire process: from identifying the deal to closing it.

The main duties & responsibilities?

  • Achieving the agreed-upon targets for volume, revenue, profit, and margin;
  • customer relationship management;
  • Acquiring new customers through targeted prospecting;
  • Analyzing the needs of the person you’re talking to;
  • Advise customers on our products and services so that they can find the best possible solution for their specific needs;
  • Work with our inside sales team to prepare quotes;
  • Proactively follow up on sales leads with the goal of closing the deal;
  • Contribute to commercial activities such as trade shows, open houses, and events to strengthen customer relationships;
  • Area of operation: West of the Antwerp–Brussels–Charleroi axis

The ideal candidate?

  • A commercially driven professional with a true “hunter” mentality and strong relationship management skills, who is a good listener when it comes to client needs and actively contributes ideas in the search for appropriate solutions.
  • Has a degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Technical knowledge is a big plus.
  • Has an excellent command of Dutch and French.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills and is able to negotiate at various levels.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
