Job Opening: Technical Warehouse Clerk / Work Planner

Euroquip is the leading specialist in lubrication systems, weighing systems, pumping systems, filtration systems, generators, and hand tools. We provide comprehensive solutions to customers in the Benelux region, from delivery and installation to maintenance and repair.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Warehouse Clerk / Work Planner who is energetic and passionate about technology.

What are you going to do?

  • You manage the warehouse, the workshop, and the laundry area. Is everything neat and organized? That’s all thanks to you.
  • You ensure that our field service technicians are always equipped with the proper PPE, work clothes, and tools.
  • Receiving Goods: You check deliveries for quantity and technical specifications.
  • Picking orders, packing them, and getting them ready for shipment? You’ll do it with a smile. Operating Kardex systems is also part of the job.
  • You assemble kits based on diagrams and inspect returned goods after installation.
  • You restock service vehicles so our technicians can get back on the road right away.
  • You carefully inspect goods that come in for repair. You prepare a technical report and—after receiving the customer’s approval—carry out the necessary repairs.

What do we expect from you?

  • You enjoy working in a neat, well-organized environment.
  • You have a technical background or, at the very least, a strong interest in technology.
  • You work with precision, are good at planning, and maintain a clear overview.
  • Do you have experience as a warehouse worker or operating a forklift? That’s a plus, but definitely not a requirement.
  • You’re flexible and willing to step in when needed.
  • Work independently? No problem! But you’re also a team player.
  • You feel at home in a small-to-medium-sized business environment where everyone knows each other.
