Yes, provided you choose the right system type. Dual-line systems are designed for this: up to 2,000 lubrication points over distances of 120 metres and more, at pressures up to 400 bar, in dirty, wet, or damp environments with high back-pressure at the lubrication point. If one pair of outlets becomes blocked, the remaining points keep being lubricated. In practice we usually work with one system per zone, linked to one controller.
