As an office sales representative, you will perform varied operational sales and administrative tasks for various departments within Euroquip. (sales, purchasing, accounting)<\/p>\n
Your duties will include ;<\/p>\n
– Prepares and sends quotations based on the information obtained from incoming calls\/mails and determines the price for this<\/p>\n
(in cooperation with your person in charge) as well as its further follow-up<\/p>\n
– Maintaining good customer contact over the phone and distributing calls at the front desk to the appropriate department within Euroquip<\/p>\n
– Manning the front desk and welcoming visitors\/customers\/…<\/p>\n
– Processing orders and follow up to delivery<\/p>\n
– Follow up and monitor planned deliveries regarding sales and purchasing<\/p>\n
– Support finance for various tasks e.g. follow up payments, invoice preparation, payment preparation, purchase\/sales invoices, filing, …<\/p>\n
– Ensure the perfect support of sales field service from customer contact to contract.<\/p>\n
– Administrative processing of all these activities. You will use our CRM package and follow existing procedures.<\/p>\n
